The µ-Slide 4 Well Ph+ Glass Bottom is a convenient chambered coverslip with 4 wells for cell culture, immunofluorescence, and high-end microscopy. The µ-Slide 4 Well Ph+ improves the optical quality of phase contrast microscopy by suspending a plate in the center of the wells. This design allows for the removal of the media chamber and adhesive from the slide, using a separation device. The blue hydrophobic border is raised slightly and isolates the individual wells, and prevents cross contamination. The slide can be coversliped.
Chamber Slide products are sterile and have removable, polystyrene media chambers. Glass microscope slides are low fluorescent (25 x 75 x 1.2 mm) with rounded corners, SuperFrost printed area, and inert hydrophobic well border printed on slide. The adhesive is biocompatible. Measure real-time cAMP signaling kinetics in the nucleus cilia with this live cell fluorescent assay. Add NLS-tagged cADDis to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on a fluorescence imaging system. Decreasing green fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). Other Montana Molecular tools including BacMam-packaged GPCRs, red fluorescent membrane-targeted cAMP sensors, or red fluorescent sensors for DAG or Calcium can easily be co-expressed with this assay.
